When are you open?
We are open Monday - Friday 10.00 till 17.30 and Saturday 10.00 till 17.00.
How do I know your 2nd hand bikes are reliable?
We wouldn't sell anything we wouldn't ride (or indeed trust) ourselves.
Do you deliver?
Yes we can do but there may be a nominal charge. Please ask for more details.
What are your turn-around times like?
It depends how busy we are and what you need doing! We can often fix small problems there & then. Servicing and major repairs may be days to a week.
What payment methods do you accept?
At the present time we accept cash or bank transfer only.
Can I drop in and use your tools for free?
Of course.
Why are you upstairs?
The industrial estate of 461 London Road was the perfect location for us and this unit was available at the time so we jumped on it. We'll happily lift your bike up the stairs for you so ring the bell and we'll be down like a shot.
BTW there is CCTV on the stairs (and elsewhere) so we can see you're there waiting!
